PC Controls was founded to create a better CNC control. Our PC based design is the brainchild of industry veterans with decades of real world experience. From machine tool design and operation, maintenance, and programming to engineering, or managing a complicated metal fabrication operation, someone on our team has lived it. It is this experience that drives our mission, design philosophy, and vision.

Design Philosophy
Our design philosophy centers around our extensive experience in the practical challenges encountered by metal fabricators. Our first priority is to ensure that our control increases the productivity of your fabrication team. To achieve this, our software engineers have used extensive feedback from our customer base to build an intuitive graphical user interface. We feel it strikes a great balance between ease-of-use, a quick training curve, and great functionality. All our products run Microsoft Windows operating systems, allowing for easy factory integration and service by a wide range of IT pros.
Our team understands that cost is an ever-present concern, from the time of purchase, through the end of useful machine life. Our customers often choose one of our upgrade solutions in lieu of purchasing new fabrication equipment, realizing cost savings immediately after installation. We prioritize designs that incorporate reliable and less expensive off-the-shelf components. This approach is best demonstrated by our selection of an Intel PC hardware platform at the core of all our control solutions.
Vision
Over the last 20 years we have grown to be one of the largest providers of retrofit controls and are proud to have over 1,300 successful installations. Our team strives to perfect, innovate and grow our solutions. Our controls are field tested and mature. We believe they offer value to a wide range of clients and we have served small and mid-sized manufacturing firms, as well as nationally recognized industry leaders such as Boeing, Caterpillar, NASA and United Technologies. We understand from firsthand experience the frustration and headache that can arise from a machine tool suddenly slowing or stopping production and are committed to responsive aftermarket support.
